What we'll do:
We'll start with the Wai Khru dance, which is a critical part of Muay Thai culture. It's performed when a Nak Muay fights to pay respect to one's teachers and also serves as a warm up. It can be seen as a battle cry to intimidate your opponent.
You'll then learn how to strike with all eight limbs (fists, feet, knees, and elbows) and step on the ring to hit the pads! This is a non-contact training session where you'll learn how to strike only. So no need to worry about being hit back. Beginners are welcome.
After training, we'll grab some delicious Pad Thai noodles. If you'd like, we can finish off we some Thai desserts, too.
