Our 20 sessions Muay Thai for Fitness program is perfect for those who know they will be training regularly. Training a couple times a week and keeping a healthy diet will help you transform your body and mind to become stronger, faster, and fitter. 

  1. This package qualifies you for the KST Membership ✪!
  2. A total of 20 sessions for Muay Thai for Fitness (Group Class).
  3. Sessions expire six months after the sale date.
  4. If sessions expire before being used up, customers can request an extension of 30 days. Afterwards, no further extension can be requested and unused sessions will expire.    

Program Breakdown

  1. Warm-up jog, skip ropes, and followed by shadow boxing.
  2. Pad work and bag work with technique emphasis.
  3. Bodyweight exercises and ending with cool down stretching.
