Our Private Training is catered for anyone who wants a 1 on 1 training session with a trainer of his/her choice. Each private class will last 60-minutes.
Focus on any goal you desire: whether be it padwork, clinching drills, defensive maneuvers, or simply seeking to burn more than 1,000 calories.

- Change of clothes
