Our meal plans have taken into account the needs of an athlete in training - healthy portions packed with the appropriate carbs, proteins, and fats. Our core values in food preparation are simple - keep it clean and tasty.
More importantly, athletes must not forget cheat days! This is why we also serve waffles, egg benedicts, pastas, fries, and a variety of cookies and desserts. Our Head Baker is a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School.
