What's Included
1. Muay Thai Training with Champion Trainers
- Total of 3 full days training
- 2 sessions per day (morning and afternoon)
- Looking for a Muay Thai Certificate? This is only available if you stay and complete our One Month Muay Thai Camp.
2. Clean, Private Room Stay
- Total of 3 nights stay
- Private accommodation, shower, and balcony
- King-size bed or twin beds (30 sqm per room)
- Air conditioning, Television, and Free Wi-fi
- All train and stay packages include your Check-in date
3. Use of Muay Thai Hand Wraps and Gloves
- If you’d like to borrow, please note that our gear is secondhand
- Pro tip: there is no need to pack your own gear, just buy new ones in Bangkok when you arrive. For instance, Lumpinee Stadium is nearby our gym and has great shops!

Please note
- We welcome all experience levels: beginner, intermediate, or advance.
- The training routine will be adjusted according to your level.
- Safe for children and families to participate.
- Not recommended for travelers with back problems.
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers.
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
- If you’d like to fight in Bangkok, it is required to stay at least one month. This will provide us with enough time to train you, talk to promoters, and find you a fair match up.
What do I need to bring?
- Optional: Muay Thai gear (hand wraps, gloves, shorts, etc.)
- Your regular exercise clothes and outfits
- A pair of running shoes
- Sandals or flip flops
- Casual clothing (Thailand is very hot!)
- Smart-casual clothing for when you go out
- Any medication you need
- Towel
